These tiny seeds have so many health benefits.

They are high in fibre.  Sesame seeds have shown to be beneficial in reducing cholesterol as they contain lignans and phytosterols.  High in protein and very high in calcium, magnesium, manganese and zinc.
Sesame seeds are seen to have anti inflammatory properties.
