Peanut Butter and Choc Chip Oat Balls Recipe
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 10g choc chips
- 10g walnut pieces
- 10g medium raisins
- 80mL honey
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
(you will need to add honey and vanilla extract not supplied in purchased combo)
- Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir. If the mixture seems too wet then add a bit more oats. If the mixture seems too dry then add more nut butter.
- Roll into balls
- Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freezer for up to 3 months.
- Makes approximately 20 oat balls
